Welcome to
Seven Seeds Holistic Health

My Story

Hi, I’m Tasha. I’m a clinical herbalist, a mom of five, and a firm believer that you shouldn’t have to feel ignored or dismissed to get the help you need. I created Seven Seeds Holistic Health because I know what it’s like to walk into a doctor’s office looking for answers—and walk out feeling unheard, overwhelmed, or brushed off.

For years, I was told that my symptoms were “in my head” or “not that bad,” and that I should just come back if things got worse. Eventually, I stopped going altogether.

But everything changed when I became a mom and started hearing the same kinds of answers about my children’s health. That was the turning point. I knew my family deserved better, so I started searching for a different way.

That search led me to herbalism.

Since 2013, I’ve been studying and using herbal remedies to support the health of my family, my animals, and now my clients. At first, I turned to herbs for help with specific health issues—but it didn’t take long for me to realize they’re not just for treating illness. Herbs can help prevent problems before they start. They can nourish the body, calm the mind, and support long-term well-being.

In 2019, I completed advanced training in Traditional Western Herbalism, and I’ve continued growing my clinical practice ever since—always with the goal of offering practical, grounded, whole-person support.

My Practice

I believe that herbs are a gift from God—created for our healing and support. I don’t practice plant magic, astrology, or spiritual traditions that don’t align with my values. What I do practice is evidence-based, traditional herbalism that looks at the whole person—your constitution, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique patterns.

I won’t diagnose or prescribe. I’m not here to replace your doctor. But I will walk with you, help you understand your options, and point you toward gentle, practical tools that can support your body’s ability to heal.

This is a partnership. You’re the expert on your body. I’m here to help you reconnect with it.

Whether you're brand new to natural health or you've already tried a few things and need guidance, I'm honored to be part of your journey. My hope is that you’ll leave here feeling encouraged, informed, and empowered to take ownership of your wellness—one small step at a time.

Will I be a good fit
for you?

Working with a Clinical Herbalist is a unique experience—rooted in tradition, guided by science, and focused on you as a whole person. We might be a good fit if:

  • You’re looking for natural, plant-based support for your health and wellness concerns.

  • You’re ready to go beyond symptom-chasing and get to the root of what’s going on.

  • You want to feel empowered and confident making holistic choices for yourself or your family.

  • You’re curious and open to learning, not just being handed a supplement and sent on your way.

  • You’re willing to make small, meaningful changes in your daily routines, nutrition, or lifestyle to support healing.

  • You value a relationship-based approach where you’re listened to, not rushed or dismissed.

  • You’re looking for a practitioner who honors both tradition and evidence, and can explain the why behind what they recommend.

  • You’re disillusioned with the current medical system but don’t want to throw out common sense—you’re seeking balanced, trustworthy support.

  • You appreciate a conservative, faith-respecting perspective on herbalism.

  • You’re ready to invest in your health—not just with herbs, but with time, attention, and care.

Why I may NOT be a
good fit for you

Working with an herbalist can be incredibly helpful—but it’s not for everyone. This might not be the right path for you if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or one-size-fits-all remedy without exploring deeper causes.

  • You’re not open to making diet, lifestyle, or mindset changes that support long-term wellness.

  • You want someone to diagnose or prescribe—herbalists are not medical doctors and do not replace your primary care provider.

  • You expect immediate results without giving your body time to respond and heal.

  • You’re uncomfortable with a collaborative, education-based approach and prefer to be told exactly what to do without explanation.

  • You’re deeply committed to only pharmaceutical or conventional treatments and aren’t ready to explore holistic options.

  • You're going through a major life change that would make committing to a new routine difficult.

  • You're not interested in working with a Christian herbalist.

My Holistic Philosophy

Herbalism is most powerful when it sees the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I take a holistic approach to health—one that honors the way our bodies, minds, communities, and spirits are all connected. True healing happens when we look for the why behind the symptoms and work to restore balance at the root cause.

  • Biologically, this means understanding how the body’s systems interact and how herbs can support those natural processes—gently guiding the body back into alignment rather than just masking discomfort.

  • Psychologically, it means acknowledging stress, anxiety, and emotional strain as real and valid parts of health. Herbs can play a powerful role in supporting mental clarity, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation.

  • Sociologically, I recognize how relationships, responsibilities, and even social roles affect your well-being. Supportive communities matter—and your environment isn’t separate from your health.

  • Spiritually, I believe that health also involves purpose, peace, and living in alignment with your beliefs. I don’t impose spiritual practices, but I do honor your values—and mine—as we work together.

My role is to walk with you, help you make sense of what’s going on with your heath and wellness challenges, and offer practical, personalized support that feels clear, approachable, and doable. Herbalism shouldn’t feel overwhelming or confusing, and my goal is to help you feel more confident in caring for your health, step by step.
